Join us at ŌMA for a decadent dinner featuring wines from Stags Leap Winery. Renaissance Hotel’s culinary team has prepared a five-course dinner designed to welcome the new Fall season and highlight the robust flavors that come with changing weather.

Appetizers:

- Sweet potato blini / smoked trout / black pepper crema

- TX wonton / local gouda / herbs / jalapeno honey

- Watermelon / feta / balsamic / microcress

First Course:

Onion + Balsamic Tart / Sour cream crust / petite arugula / mandarin / Manchego

Second Course:

Roasted Artic Char / sweet corn + fennel ragout / manila clams / smoked paprika butter

Entrée:

Five Spice Duck / porcini + potato ravioli / wilted spinach / sour cherry reduction

Roasted Fig and Robiolla Pain Perdu / local brioche / toasted Almonds / black berry gastrique
