Renaissance Hotel - Pool Deck Workout with Vuori & GRIT Fitness

Join Vuori at Renaissance Hotel’s Rooftop Pool Deck on September 14th for an exclusive fitness event.

Enjoy a Power Tower 45 class led by Brittany Craig and Jaleesa Williams from GRIT FITNESS. This low impact workout consists of 7 focused strength exercises executed for 30 seconds each to build a “Power Tower.” We work our way up the tower in the first half of class. Perform 2 minutes of core work at the top of the tower, and then work our way back down. Expect total body burn and an energetic strength challenge!

Afterwards, enjoy refreshments and shop our latest collection. Sneakers required, & make sure to bring a yoga mat!
