Born and raised on a Brazilian farm, the founders of Fogo learned to cook in the traditional churrasco grilling style that became the backbone of their story.  Their first restaurant nestled in the countryside of Porto Alegre found celebrities, businessmen and politicians flocking in for the pure and simple taste experience.  Now, calling the US its newest home, you too can indulge in Brazilian masterpieces like bacon wrapped filet mignon, mashed potatoes with cheese and caramelized banana.  Gives whole new meaning to “farm to table.”
