Dean & DeLuca. Dean & DeLuca brings the world’s best epicurean treats for cooking, eating and entertaining and has long been a leader and innovator in the competitive food scene in New York City. Beginning with its first store in 1977 in SoHo, the iconic brand quickly expanded its “marketplace” inspired stores to Washington, D.C., North Carolina, the Midwest and the Napa Valley, in addition to 35 international stores in locations such as Japan, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea and more. This will be Dean & DeLuca’s first location in Texas.
Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House. This restaurant embodies the rich tradition of the classic American steakhouse with impeccable chef-driven cuisine, award-winning wine list and unparalleled hospitality. The Texas-based company serves only the best hand-cut, USDA Prime steaks, chops and freshest seafood, including Australian cold-water lobster tails. With sommeliers on hand to guide guests through the extensive wine list and handcrafted cocktails, Del Frisco’s offers an unforgettable experience in a stunning, energetic atmosphere perfect for any occasion. The new Del Frisco’s Double Eagle in Plano will serve residents and business patrons in Legacy West as it joins Uptown as the second location in the Dallas-area.
Earls Kitchen + Bar. Earls Kitchen + Bar is an upscale casual, restaurant group with a collection of individually compelling restaurants known for their sleek, award winning style and inspired cuisine. From local artists to the fresh ingredients on the menu, each restaurant stands alone, designed with care, local inspiration and attention to global trends. Dishes are internationally inspired from fun and casual appetizers and small bites to main courses, breads and desserts all created fresh and from scratch daily. Earls doesn’t just cook globally, they think globally, with consciously sourced ingredients such as certified humane beef, chicken and seafood, raised without antibiotics or added hormones, to a beer list that offers all local craft beers. Fogo de Chão. Born and raised on a Brazilian farm, the founders of Fogo learned to cook in the traditional churrasco grilling style that became the backbone of their story. Their first restaurant nestled in the countryside of Porto Alegre found celebrities, businessmen and politicians flocking in for the pure and simple taste experience. Now, calling the US its newest home, you too can indulge in Brazilian masterpieces like bacon wrapped filet mignon, mashed potatoes with cheese and caramelized banana. Gives whole new meaning to “farm to table.”
Haywire. Haywire offers the true Texas experience you’re looking for and the gracious hospitality you expect. Our menu features delicious, heritage recipes made modern with locally sourced Texas ingredients for tastes both unexpected and comforting. The spacious bar offers a full selection of local spirits, craft beers, handcrafted cocktails and an unparalleled wine list. Mesero. Make haste for Mesero, the fifth installment from famed restaurateur Mico Rodriguez. It would be easy to call it Tex Mex, but it’s much more mystical with black bean and brisket tacos, indescribable ceviche and oh yes, a cheeseburger. Pull up a margarita in this reclaimed wood and blue-tiled haven and try and put your finger on it. We think that’s the fun part.
North Italia. A place that’ll make you feel like you’ve stepped off a charming side street to discover a culinary gem. “We’ve learned a thing or two and we’re approaching perfection in the art of handmade pasta and pizza.” Every day means fresh from scratch then straight to the table. “Our love letter to Italy.”
Shake Shack. Sprouted from a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park in Manhattan to support the Madison Square Park Conservancy’s first art installation. The cart was quite the success with fans lined up daily! The rest they say is “burger history.” This modern day “roadside” burger stand boasts the most delicious burgers, hot dogs, frozen custard, shakes, beer, wine and more. Yes more!
Sprinkles. Sprinkles opened “the world’s first cupcake bakery” in Beverly Hills and is credited by the Los Angeles Times as “the progenitor of the haute cupcake craze.” Founded by Candace Nelson, judge on Food Network’s hit show “Cupcake Wars,” and husband Charles, Sprinkles has inspired long lines of devoted Hollywood stars and serious epicureans alike.
